With Riccardo Tisci’s tenth year as creative director, his own words that described the show told ‘a celebration of life, pure love, different religions and all people. Adorned with feathers, lace and silk, Tisci’s models were a transitional spectacle, with examples of intricate underwear as outwear, following with show-stopping gowns and androgynous tailoring all bound together with a crisp black, white and gold palette. With a new store opening in Madison Avenue, Riccardo was out to make a fashion statement with a one-off show in the big apple and indeed, he did.
