Scoop Fashion Shows : Scoop London launches this September





Showcasing autumn/winter 2015

Scoop is thrilled to welcome a cascade of new names this season and welcome back some of our many success stories. Amongst the must-see labels returning to Scoop this season are UK-based labels St Erasmus (jewellery), Needle (knitwear) and Madeleine Thompson (cashmere), whilst US-based label Duffy specializes in cashmere and Paris-based labels NC2 and Nue 1904 produce sweatshirts and womenswear respectively. Italian brand Ivories delivers womenswear that will appeal to all ages and all lifestyles, likewise undergarment brand SCHIESSER from Germany has a wide market appeal.

New to Scoop include accessories lineBy Boe, based in New York, scarves and blouse brand Mercy Delta, based in England, sock brand Pantharella, also based in England and another premium sock brand Nicholas Messina, this time based in Paris. Scoop are also delighted to introduce Danish women’s and menswear label Wood Wood.

Scoop welcomes back South African-born Pieter Louis Erasmus, moved to London in 1995. In 1996, he started working for leading costume jeweler Erickson Beamon, during his seven years there he created one-off items for catwalk shows for many designers including Dries van Noten, Alexander McQueen, Glvency, Roberto Cavaill, Mathew Willamson and Agent Provocateur by Erickson Beamon. In 2002 St Erasmus was born. Steeped in cross cultural inspiration, from the textures of the African landscape, eclectic London and the cool chic of Paris. St Erasmus jewellery is instantly recognisable. Sold across the world, in London St Eramus is available at Browns Bride.

Also returning to Scoop is label Needle, born and based in England but made in Italy, women’s fashion knitwear label Needle is the home of quality jumpers and cardigans. With a wide choice of styles, in the latest fashion colours and knits, Needle’s designer cardigans and sweaters, as well as tops and dresses, look fantastic either worn as a casual look or setting trends in the workplace. Knitted with the most luxurious merino wools and cashmere, ladies luxury knitwear has never looked so cool.  Scoop welcomes the return of British knitwear designer Madeleine Thompson.   Born from a desire to create elegant off-duty clothing, self-titled label is an A-list style mainstay that includes gorgeous loungewear and nightwear. Using only the finest ‘Grade A’ cashmere, expect soft-coloured, sumptuous pieces perfect for in-flight luxury or relaxing at home.

 Duffy returns to Scoop for this season, the label launched in New York in 2009, luxurious knitwear label Duffy is known for its sophisticated cashmere and merino wool pieces. Contemporary and effortless, cozy up in loose-fitting and simple separates that are directional and timeless. With retailers worldwide, in London Duffy is available at Harvey Nichols and Fenwick of Bond Street.

Also returning to Scoop is print lover, Wanda Herbert created NC2 in Paris. Edgy and trendy, NC2design sweatshirts that rock. Embroidery, beads, sequins and various prints embellish NC2’s cool sweat tops.Available at Galeries Lafayette, Paris.

 Scoop is delighted is delighted to showcase NUE 1904, a French womenswear label with a soupcon of glamour, glam rock and rock ‘n’ roll. The designer Cyril Paillot’s creates ‘ready to keep’ clothes that are like a second skin. A sharp, powerful yet unstructured style; these clothes fit the body and stick to the soul. Playing with opposites they are wild yet fragile such as silk with leather or wools with vintage crepe. A truly cool yet classic aesthetic, not undermined by age or social setting. A must have addition to any wardrobe.


Ivories return to Scoop, the Italian womenswear line designs classic yet contemporary wardrobe staples that are not tied to seasons because they themselves are ‘out of the time’, this being a totally Italian skill and way to conceive fashion. Thrown together or mixed and matched Ivories is the go-to brand for easy separates.

Schiesser Revival, synonymous with high quality materials and workmanship, SCHIESSER is one of the market leaders in German underwear. However their full range of undergarments are appreciated worldwide, valued by both the young and old. Part of their success is that the brand understands how to create the right products for men, women and children and their different needs. Simple, functional and good-looking SCHIESSER knows the meaning of being a specialist in a niche industry.

Scoop welcomes Swedish-born designer Annika Salame began her cult jewellery brand By Boe in 2000 in New York. The designer’s Scandinavian roots and diverse creative experiences immediately yielded something altogether provocative and new in the contemporary jewellery market. Popular with the style media, By Boe jewellery is constantly being worn by celebrities, and continues to be a favourite with fashion editors at magazines around the world with every new season.

British label Mercy Delta is known for luxury screen printed silk and cashmere scarves and blouses, British label Mercy Delta’s signature cashmere scarves are a wardrobe must have and pick me up for any outfit. There is an item for any outfit and any occasion. Available at Selfridges, Jaeger and Fenwick Bond Street.

We are proud to be the place where Pantherella will be revealing their new line of women’s socks.  Pantherella has been making the worlds finest socks since 1937 from the most luxurious fibres. Since the beginning Pantherella has strived to be at the forefront of technology, innovation and designs that surpass even the highest of expectations. All of Pantherella socks are still made in our family owned factory in Leicester by highly skilled craftspeople whom have passed their expertise down from generation to generation to help set Pantherella apart from other brands.

Nicolas Messina has been hailed as the ‘JPG of tights’ and stockings. It was in Toulouse at the lingerie company ‘Bas et Tricotage de Noé’ that Nicolas Messina immersed himself in everything there is to know about making women’s lingerie. Backed by experience, he became head of collections for the well-known hosiery producer, already knowing how to bring a fresh outlook and develop new ranges.

Finally, Scoop is delighted to welcome Danish label Wood Wood.  The label is a lifestyle, street-influenced brand based in Copenhagen, Denmark with stores in Berlin, Aarhus and Copenhagen as well as an on-line store.Launching in 2002, Wood Wood was originally conceived by three designers who wanted the opportunity to collaborate. Giving Scandinavian fashion a new meaning, Wood Wood take neat silhouettes and focus on the details with their urban aesthetic played out across knitwear, dresses and jersey separates. Available at Bluebird and Liberty, London and Colette, Paris.
